1. Eligibility for Returns

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • The product has all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories.

  • The item is not listed under our non-returnable items (see section 7).

  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID, invoice) is available.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • If the original payment method is unavailable, we may issue a store credit or bank transfer refund.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account after approval.


6. Replacement Policy

  • If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personal hygiene items (e.g., grooming tools, innerwear, cosmetics)

  • Perishable goods

  • Digital products

  • Gift cards or discount vouchers

  • Items marked as "Non-returnable" on the product page

  • Clearance or final-sale items


8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible; however, you may request a return after delivery.
